Nowadays in Poland, plenty of individuals, mostly young, are purchasing their own apartment. Nothing odd in that, cause our country is developing and because of that, citizens are becoming rich. So buying own estate is not so huge issue such as twenty years ago. But to localize an ideal spot isn’t enough, we either have to settle in there.
